A beautiful historic house and dignified interior. The hotel is on top of a hill, and because of that, there are also nice views from the window and also quiet. Very good breakfast (for Italy). The pool is a good size, but it is an indoor pool. At the same time, one wall of the room can be fully opened with sliding glass doors and from there you can sunbathe on the terrace, but this terrace is very small. The rest of the sunbathing areas are one floor below in the olive garden. The pictures show that also the roof partially opens, but at least on that day the roof was closed. Not quite an experience comparable to an outdoor pool, but for that you can use the pool in other seasons as well.

The staff was very nice and very helpful. The pool area is also very nice and provides amazing views as well. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast which was a great experience- we were sitting outside and enjoyed the beautiful views and tasty food with a lot of variety (there was also prosecco and fresh orange juice!) We can recommend this place and we will come back.

The pool area was nice, and the staff there were friendly. The location is uphill in a quiet area, which suited our preference, but may not suit someone who wish to stay closer to the city.
